Fee and payment conditions
Fee 1 200 SEK incl. VAT
Student Fee 500 SEK incl. VAT
Dinner 440 SEK incl. VAT
The price includes coffees and lunches Wednesday-Thursday, and a Guided Museum Tour on Wednesday afternoon.
On Wednesday evening, you are welcome to a dinner at the Grillska house (with an extra fee).
Please register in good time. The number of seats at the conference is limited and registration is therefore binding. If you are prevented from attending, you can always transfer your seat to a colleague. Please let the organizers know who will come in your place.
Register by Monday 29 April at the latest.
We always recommend payment with card, bank transfer or PDF invoice by email**. For organisations that require physical invoice, there is also an alternative with paper invoice by regular mail.
** Note: If you choose the PDF invoice by email, the invoice will only be sent to your email. You are responsible for forwarding it accordingly.
Terms of payment are 30 days, but no later than the day before the conference begins, 1 May 2019.
Cancellation of registration
Please inform the organizers if you are prevented from participating so that your seat can be offered to someone else. Cancel your participation or inform that someone will come in your place by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If registration is cancelled before 15 April, the conference fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of SEK 500. If cancelled thereafter, the entire conference fee will be charged.
