Registration fee - delegate
A registration fee to attend the meeting will be applied. 
- Registration fee 250 EUR

The registration fee covers hotel accommodation up to the single room rate for September 12-15, 2013, all meeting activities, meals and transfer.
 
Participants are to cover travel costs to and from Rhodes as well as any additional hotel nights or fees and charges for accompanying persons.
The number of attendees is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Registration fee - accompanying person (not attending the meeting)
The registration fee for accompanying person is 320 EUR.
This includes part of one room, breakfast and three meeting dinners. Lunches are excluded.

Child Policy:
Standard rooms allow 1 child
- Children up to the age of 5 years are free of charge when sharing a room with their parents (maximum of 1 child and 1 infant in standard rooms).
- Children 5-14 years pay a supplement of 20 EUR per day on BB basis when sharing a room with their parents.
- Children older than 14 years pay a supplement of 30 EUR per day on BB basis.

Family rooms allow 2 children
- Family room supplement of 60 EUR (maximum of 2 children and 1 infant in family room). 
Note, the number of family rooms are limited, and they will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

The hotel supplements are to be paid directly to the hotel.

Flights and addtional nights
Any requests for assistance with your flight reservation to and from Rhodes and/or wish to stay additional nights can be added to your final registration. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and submit a quotation for your final confirmation.

Payment conditions
Payment of the registration fee will be made together with the final registration. All payments by credit card (MasterCard and Visa).

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified by using your personal link in the final confirmation e-mail.

- Cancellation before May 1, 2013 – full refund of the registration fee
- Cancellation between May 1- July 1, 2013 – 50% refund of the registration fee
- Cancellation after July 1, 2013 – no refund of the registration fee

Force Majeure 
Acts of strike, lock-out, fire, major restrictions on delivery or other circumstances beyond Elekta´s control, allow Elekta to cancel the agreement, without liability for payment of any damages.
