Call for Abstracts

All participants are invited to submit an abstract. Abstracts may only be submitted online through the official Symposium´s website. Abstracts received by e-mail or submitted late will not be considered. In order to standardize the abstract layout we ask you to read the preparation guidelines carefully! Avoid submission within 48 hours of the deadline for best system performance.

Abstract guidelines

Authors are kindly requested to create a login with username and password, which will allow access to the on-line abstracts submission system to submit or edit abstracts. You will be able to edited you abstract until submission deadline 1st of March 2016. Please use login with your username and password which has been emailed to you.

If you experience any difficulties in submitting your abstract or would like to withdraw abstract please contact the secretariat at microdialysis2016@akademikonferens.se

Authors are kindly requested to create a login with username and password, which will allow access to the on-line abstracts submission system to submit or edit abstracts. You will be able to edited you abstract until submission deadline with your login which has been emailed to you.

Abstracts must be typed in English.

The deadline for Abstract submission is 1st of March 2016. After this date the on-line system will be closed for review.

Once submitted, the on-line system will automatically format your Abstract. Nevertheless, you should comply with the following rules:

• Choose your preferred presentation type: Oral, Poster or either

TITLE: Capitalize the entire title. Spell out words, do not use abbreviations. Maximum number of characters: 50

TEXT: Your abstract should be maximum 300 words and contain the sections 1. Introduction, 2. Methods, 3. Results and 4. Conclusions. Additional sections for references and acknowledgements are optional. The text for each section should be pasted in to one text box provided in the abstract submission system. The optional sections for references and acknowledgements can be included in the bottom of the text box. Then an empty line followed by a separate line with the heading “References” or “Acknowledgements” should be inserted on top of each section.

TABLES & FIGURES: No tables or figures can be included.

REFERENCES: References should be kept to a minimum. Use the format below and indicate references with [1] and [2] in the text.

The Scientific Committee will accept abstracts for the Scientific Programme (oral or poster presentation) on scientific merit.

Only Abstracts of registered participants will be printed. At least one of the authors must be registered to the Symposium.

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the corresponding author by 15^th of March 2016.

Please note that only the corresponding author will receive information concerning the abstract.
