Payment and cancellation terms

Payment via invoice from PAGE after booking. All booths are 1 700 Euro. VAT is not charged. 
Exhibition space is free of charge for demonstrators of open source free software. 

All bookings can be cancelled until 30 March 2019, any cancellations after that will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

After booking you will be contacted by our partner CityExpo who will help you with all details around the exhibition.
