SWEDISH VAT - Information about registration participants representing an organization from outside Sweden
In accordance with Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements, a company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies outside of the EU) is not required to pay Swedish VAT for conference fees. If your company or organization has a VAT Number or Tax Registration Number, please choose the alternative "Delegate from country outside Sweden with VATno" and have it ready before you start the registration process. Further documentation must be provided on request.

- VAT is always payable for onsite registrations.
- Swedish delegates (private or representing an organization) will pay VAT according to Swedish legislation.
Payments will be accepted by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), and by Invoice.
Payment by credit card
We accept VISA and Mastercard and the transaction will be listed with “Meetagain Konferens” on your credit card statement. For your safety, our payment system is connected to the 3D security bank cooperation for internet payment security. Your card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Your bank can inform you if your card is connected or otherwise how it can be connected. Please check with your bank if they have a block for overseas payment or a limit for which amount that can be charged on the same date. These are also problems that can block your payment.
Payment by invoice (Possible until May 30)
All delegates can choose to pay by invoice. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation. The invoice will be sent to the invoice address stated in the registration form. Please indicate in the registration form if your invoice is to be paid by a Swedish public authority.
