Please note that the meeting is reserved only for CMOs, CNOs, and CDOs (or equal) – which means no more than three attendees in total per country (i.e only the CMO, CNO, and CDO or equal positions of your country). Delegates from the following countries are able to register for the meeting: EU 27, Norway, Iceland, The UK, and Switzerland. Please also read the information about accreditation under the tab “Practical information”.

The Note Verbale can be addressed to The National Board of Health and Welfare in Sweden and be signed by someone from your Ministry of Health who are authorised to confirm the nomination of the delegates to participate in the meeting. It does not necessarily have to be the Minister or State Secretary. This procedure is to ensure that the delegates belongs to the official functions (CMO, CNO, CDO or equal) of your country.

ACCOMMODATION

Please note that all delegates are responsible for booking and paying for their accommodation.
We have the pleasure to inform you that a limited number of rooms have been provisionally reserved at Hilton Stockholm Slussen, The Rival, and NOFO Hotel. Allocation of these rooms will be on a first come first served basis. The hotels are only suggestions and induvial accommodation arrangements are of course possible.
