Registration

For room reservations made through CWT Meetings & Events the following terms are applicable:

• A reservation will be finale confirmed when CWT Meetings & Events has received the full payment for the services ordered.
• Any changes must be accepted by the hotel in question and is not valid until CWT Meetings & Events has confirmed the change and received the payment.
• In case of partial or full cancellation of a reservation, a refund of the room cost will only be possible until 3 June 2016 against a fee of DKK 250,- + tax.
• In case of partial or full cancellation of the reservation after the 3 June 2016 there will be no refund.
