Individual conditions apply on all bookings of max 9 rooms per night.

Terms & Conditions for Hotel Accommodation - Individual bookings

IN SHORT
Payment conditions
Individual reservations must pay 20% of the total amount as deposit.
Bookings will not be confirmed until deposit payment is received in full.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30^th November 2018.
Potential additional incidentals, such as mini-bar and telephone, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing and addressed to stockholmia2019@meetagain.se.
The hotels will not accept direct changes.

Cancellations received up to and including the 30th November 2018 will be refundable, deducted by the 20% deposit.
After this date Meetagain / the hotel is entitled to charge up to 100% of the contracted rate for any cancelled night.
