The exhibition areas are booked through Movea Trafikkonsult AB and are invoiced by Movea. However we need to know which meals you need. This are booked down below. You can also reserve a hotel through this form (to be paid on site). The meals are invoiced through BokningsBolaget.

Cancellation policy

Your registration is binding but can be forwarded to another person if you are unable to attend. Hotel rooms can be canceled free of charged until February 6. After that the hotel has the right to charge you 100 %.

All cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail) to congress@bokningsbolaget.se
