Here we will publish useful information covering the travel to and from the Rillion Kick Off.

GROUP TRAVEL
Most of you are flying to Nice Airport on a Group-flight. Below are the three group flights. (All times local)
All group flights are booked with 23kg checked luggage, 10kg carry on (overhead) and 1 personal item (hand bag/computer bag)
Our service crew will be at Arlanda for the departure should you need any assistance with your Stockholm departure.

INDIVIDUAL FLIGHTS
For those of you who have individual flights refer to your personal itinerary.
If you are arriving on a long haul flight ahead of the conference start (Sep 19th) we will book you into the conference hotel from the 18th of September. If you are arriving earlier then the 18th you have to book your own accommodation. Please make sure to update your flight info in the link sent by e-mail.

Please arrive at the airport in good time. Lately some airports have experienced long lines at check in and security.

TRANSFERS
Please arrange your own transfer to the airport. If possible choose public transportation or co-ride with a colleague. If public transportation is not available you may take a taxi to the airport. This is easily booked with FCM travel Arrivon by FCM Travel Solutions.

Arrival transfers will be provided from Nice Airport to the Hotel. Look out for our transfer guides with Rillion Signs in the Arrival hall.

HOTEL
We will be staying at the Pullman Royal Casino in Mandelieu.
The Hotel has a pool and is right on the beach. Don't forget your swimwear.
Please note that any room charges must be settled individually at check out.
