Nomination
        
In our continuous work with transparency, we have implemented a nomination process whereby selected clinics can nominate delegates to attend congresses.
You have received the link to this webpage as you have been nominated by your clinic for attendance to HIV & HEPATITIS NORDIC CONFERENCE 2019

The support from Gilead will include: registration fee, accommodation, travel, transportation and dinners.
 
Factors that Gilead will consider in the nomination process are: direct relevance of congress to the HCP’s area of practice, expertise and/or experience and previous Gilead supported attendance at congresses.

In order to participate in the nomination process, please provide a motivation that explains the rationale for your attendance at the congress. Please ensure that your contact details are listed so that we may contact you once the nomination process has been finalized.
 
We need your application by September 14, 2019.
