How to get to/from hotel from Oslo airport

To get to the hotel Scandic Oslo airport, you need to take  shuttle bus no. S55.
From arrivals, you need to go down one level to get to the bus stop.
The journey takes approximately 9 minutes and a single journey costs NOK 70.

Participation fee
200 EUR includes conference fee, lunch, dinner and coffee. Excl. travel and hotel costs. 

Accommodation
It is possible to book accommodation at Scandic Oslo in this form.
Single room: 1090 NOK incl. VAT
Double room: 1290 NOK incl. VAT

Payment regarding accommodation is not included in the conference fees. It has to be done by cash or credit card directly to the hotel when you check out.

In order to register you have to complete all steps of the registration process. It is possible to pay the the conference fee in the end of this form with credit card (VISA/Mastercard). You can also choose to pay the conference fee by invoice (printed or electronic).
