With or without VAT-/Tax-no?

SWEDISH VAT - Information about registration participants representing an organization from outside Sweden

In accordance with Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements, a company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies outside of the EU) is not required to pay Swedish VAT for conference fees. If your company or organization has a VAT Number or Tax Registration Number, please choose the alternative "Delegate from country outside Sweden with VATno" and have it ready before you start the registration process. Further documentation must be provided on request.

• For EU countries; if you are unsure of the VAT number, click here to check and validate your VAT number.
• VAT is always payable for onsite registrations.
• Swedish delegates (private or representing an organization) will pay VAT according to Swedish legislation.

PAYMENT
Payments will be accepted by credit card (VISA or Mastercard), and  by Invoice.

ACCEPTED PAPERS

Note that the inclusion of a paper in the conference program and its publication in the conference proceedings is subject to the registration of at least one of the authors. We will therefore ask you on page 4 which papers you will cover with this registration. Please have your Papercept PIN and Papercept paper IDs ready before you start your registration. 

INVITATION LETTER

We can provide you with an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application and/or for authorization to attend the conference.
To request your invitation letter you first need to register to the conference and pay the conference fee.
Please note that an invitation letter does not constitute a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support.
The Visa invitation letter will be sent to you by email as a pdf document.
After the conference fee has been paid, please contact the sysid2018@ee.kth.se

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your personal data will be used by conference organizers for communication and preparation of materials, such as participant lists.
If you do not wish to have your details included in the participant lists, please contact the conference bureau.

CANCELLATION - REGISTRATION FEES
All cancellations are to be made in writing to sysid2018@meetagain.se
An administrative fee of 50 EURO is applicable to cancellations received before 31 May 2018.
After this date the registration fee, including banquet ticket, is non-refundable.
