Travel arrangements

Malin from JB Travel will send you an email with detailed information approximately two weeks prior to your departure. This email will contain all the essential details concerning your flight, luggage, transfers, and hotel accommodations. Please note that separate hotel reservations are made for those arriving before the event date. If you do not receive the email or if you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact Malin Fällström at malin.fallstrom@jbtravel.se.

Travel arrangements for Lumera employees traveling from Vietnam will be handled separately by a local travel agency. However, hotel accommodations and bus transport to and from the conference will be managed by JB Travel.
 
Passport
It is important to ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months after your return journey. In this case April 1, 2024.

Transport to and from Aronsborg

Stockholm City
Bus transportation will be provided to and from Aronsborg from Stockholm City Terminal. If you would like to utilize this service, please indicate your preference during the registration process.

Stockholm Arlanda airport
Bus transportation will be provided to and from Arlanda airport in connection with your flights. Detailed information will be shared and posted on ONE closer to the event.

Aronsborg

Aronsborgs Konferenshotell is a corporate meeting and conference center, beautifully located by lake Mälaren in Bålsta, Sweden. In less than one hour you can reach Aronsborg from Stockholm, Uppsala and Arlanda International Airport.
