Registration 

Confirmation:
On receipt of a completed registration form each participant will receive electronic confirmation of their registration. An individual e-mail address must be provided at all times.  

Payment:
Please note that all participants will recieve an invoice after their registration. Please make sure this will be taken care of within due payment 14 days after receivment of invoice.  
If you would like a group invoice please make a remark and provide the names of the participants to be invoiced. Or you can always contact CIC directly for arranging this.

Payment by credit card is only accepted if there are no other options. Please note your card will be debited in Norwegian Krone (NOK). Please contact CIC before or after your registration regarding this method of payment. 

Cancellation of registration
Cancellation of registration can be made up to 27 June, 2018. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to CIC event congress. The refund of the registration fee, excluding a 25% administration charge, will be made after Congress by the organizer. There will be no refund for cancellations made after 27 June, 2018.
