Location (also see map below)
The conference will be held in Quality Hotel Friends largest conference room Strawberry Fields, easily accessed via Friends Arena entrance K.
If you are staying at the hotel you can of course also enter via the hotel.

Quality Hotel Friends, Solna
Friends Arena Entrance K 

Commuter train: Line 40, 41, 41X, 42 eller 42X, get off at Solna Station (exit towards Friends Arena). Walk to the hotel through Mall of Scandinavia (exit by O’Learys).

Subway: Blue line towards Akalla to subways stop Näckrosen. Walk to the hotel in approximately 20 minutes.

Bus: Bus 502 or 505 from Solna centrum. Get off at stop Arenan (at the street Evenemangsgatan).

From Arlanda airport: Commuter train to Solna Station, or take the bus Flygbussen to Järva Krog or Haga Norra.

From Bromma Airport: BRA:s electric buss from Bromma airport to stop Arenastaden.

Food and drinks

Coffee and snacks will be available during the event.
Thursday: you will be served lunch and optional dinner at the hotel.
Friday: you will be served lunch at the hotel.
Food allergies can be added in your registration. 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last day to register: March 12, 2019.
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a colleague. Please send an e-mail to symetri@creativemeetings.com to make a name change on your ticket.
