Registration

All prices are net amount in SEK. The registration fee is to be paid upon registration. 
 

Registration fees
A registration fee to attend the meeting will be applied accordingly to the schedule above.
The registration fee includes hotel accommodation up to the single room rate for September 7 - 9 2016, all meeting activities, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, Welcome reception on the 7th September and Dinner on 8th September. The registration fee is to be paid upon registration.

Participants are to cover travel costs to and from Oslo as well as any additional hotel nights or fees.

The number of attendees is limited and places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payment conditions
Payment of the registration fee will be made together with the final registration. All payments by the following credit card MasterCard, Visa, American Express are accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified by sending a Cancellation request to elekta@inspiration.se.

- Cancellation before June 1, 2016 – full refund of the registration fee 
- Cancellation between June 1 - July 1, 2016 – 50% refund of the registration fee 
- Cancellation after July 1, 2016 – no refund of the registration fee 

Force Majeure 
Acts of strike, lock-out, fire, major restrictions on delivery or other circumstances beyond Elekta´s control, allow Elekta to cancel the agreement, without liability for payment of any damages.
