General conditions for hotel booking

1. Prices: All prices are per room per night. The prices are incl. VAT and stated in NOK (Norwegian Kroner).
2. Rooms: Check-in from 3 PM. Check-out is usually before 12.00. Other time arrangements has to be agreed with the hotel in advance. Luggagestore is available at all times.
3. Cancellation: Cancellation of booking must be received in writing no later than 1 October 2016. In case of late cancellation the company will be charged 100% of their reservation.
4. Payment to the hotel: Participants are fully responsible for the extra meals, minibar and other orders to the hotel during stay. This must be paid by the participant himself directly to the hotel upon checkout.
5. Payment to the organizer: You will receive an invoice to the registered email address. The full stay must be paid prior to arrival date.
6. VAT: The price is given on the basis of existing Norwegian law. The hotel and NPG reserves the right to adjust prices if Norwegian law are to be changed.
7. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation by e-mail, once your reservation is received.
