Deadline technical orders:

• 30 September 2016

Orders received after the deadline will be subject to a further charge of 25 % on the fixed price. Orders received later than seven working days prior to the start of the exhibition, will be subject to a further charge of 50 % on the fixed price.

Assembly:

• Tuesday 1 November 12:00 - 20:00
• Wednesday 2 November 08:00 - 20:00

Cleaning of the exhibition area will start at 20:00 and all building must be completed by then.

Opening hours:

• Thursday 3 November 08:30 - 17:00
• Friday 4 November 08:30 - 17:00
• Saturday 5 November 09:30 - 14:00

The exhibitors have admission 1 hour before the exhibitions opens, and 1/2 hour after the exhibition is closed.

Dismantling:

• Saturday 5 November 14:00 - 20:00
• Sunday 6 November 08:00 - 16:00
