NEURODIAB 2022 is considered the most important annual event in the field of Diabetic Neuropathy, with presentations on all new research findings and outstanding lectures and symposia from distinguished speakers.

Sponsor Type: SILVER (Max. 3 stands available)
Price NOK 85.000 (8.500 €) excl. vat
The company receives:

  • Exhibition stand 2 x 3 = 6 square metres

  • Including 1 participant at the conference 3 days, lunch/coffee breaks September 16th, 17th and 18th, attendance Reception at the Håkon's Hall 16th and attendance Conference Dinner 17th

Price NOK 150.000 (15.000 €) excl. vat
The company receives:

Company representatives included in the silver and gold packages need to register for the event.

For additional company representatives, these are the following fees:

  • Early Bird/exhibitor until June 15th  NOK 4.000

  • Regular fee/exhibitor from June 16th  NOK 6.000

Disclaimer regarding concept approval

According to the Norwegian Pharmaceutical Industries and Association (LMI), due to its size, this conference does not need a pre-approval from the EFPIA (European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations). Also, being an international meeting in cooperation between Neurodiab and our event bureau, CIC, and therefore, the host not being a Norwegian health care personnel association, there is no need for a concept approval (LMI Industry rules chapter 16.3).

The conference will be in line with both European assessment criteria and the Norwegian national criteria (chapter 16 - for Norwegian companies). The sponsors are responsible for making sure the arrangement is in line with the internal ethical guidelines. If any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to ask.
